Usage:
Mix Plato Professional eyebrow and eyelash tint with cream activator 3% 10vol. in a 1:1 ratio (one part of tint and one part of activator) in a non-metallic container. After applying to eyebrows or eyelashes, wash off with water after 5 – 15 minutes.
Use with PLATO ACTIVATOR 3% (10 Vol.)
