4. When choosing any forms of payment indicated above, the customer will bear the costs thereof.
5 . Upon payment delivery, the price to the person delivering shipment will be a condition for the release of the shipment to the Buyer. The “Cash on Delivery” option cannot be used to pay for Orders with delivery to countries other than Poland.
6. All Orders are payable in Polish zloty (PLN).
7. The Store have the right to withhold or cancel the execution of the Order and/or delivery, regardless of the type and stage of completion, in the event of non-payment or partial payment of amounts due from the Buyer, in the event of a payment incident, fraud or attempted fraud in connection with the use of the Store’s Website, including for future orders.
8. The delivered Goods remain the property of Plato Professional until the full-paid.
9. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees that an electronic invoice will be made available to him for review and/or download. Provision of an invoice in electronic form is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during the Order placement process, which the Customer is responsible for correctly indicating. Plato Professional’s client make every effort and use appropriate technical means to ensure that the provision of electronic form envoice is done in a secure manner. Plato Professional is not responsible for the consequences of the Client’s failure to comply with the security rules, and reserves the right to change the format of files and the method of making the invoice available in electronic form, as well as to make other technical changes in this regard.
