To achieve the effect of sameness in training and styling techniques, prior to the instructor training, Plato sends 4-5 advanced training courses, where Plato Professional techniques are described and discussed in detail. During the instructor training course, which is organized as a group convention and lasts as long as 3 days at the company’s headquarters, Plato teaches its future instructors pedagogical habits, organization of time and place, behavior during training, aesthetics of appearance and correct rhetoric and gestures. In addition to this, Plato teaches correct marketing by inviting a relevant specialist to the training. At the training, the Instructor performs 2 works on models according to Plato techniques, which will be placed on his posters promoting the training. And on the last day there is a photo session of the instructors and the presentation of Grand Expert Gold plaques.
