Composition of the Plato Tint activator:

Usage:

Mix Plato Professional eyebrow and eyelash tint with cream activator 3% 10vol. in a 1:1 ratio (one part of tint and one part of activator) in a non-metallic container. After application on eyebrows or eyelashes, wash off with water after 5 – 15 minutes.

Moisturizes the eyebrows

It contains Glycerin, which moisturizes and maintains moisture in the skin and eyebrow hairs, and Aloe Vera extract with soothing and anti-inflammatory properties.
