To ensure consistency in training delivery and styling methods, Plato sends 4–5 advanced training modules to prospective instructors prior to the instructor course. These modules include detailed explanations and breakdowns of the Plato Professional techniques.

The instructor training itself is held as a three-day group event at the company’s headquarters. During this intensive training, Plato teaches future instructors essential pedagogical habits, time and workspace management, professional conduct during training sessions, personal presentation, and proper rhetoric and body language. Additionally, a marketing specialist is invited to provide instruction on effective marketing strategies.

As part of the training, each instructor completes two sets of work on models using Plato techniques. These works are then used in promotional materials for their future trainings. On the final day, there is a professional photoshoot for the instructors and a ceremonial awarding of the prestigious Gold Grand Expert plaques.
